The Association of Haitian Women in Boston is a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering Haitian women and their children. Boston Human Exploitation Advocacy Team (HEAT) offers a unique collaboration among groups that have been historically siloed, namely law enforcement, service providers, and survivor advocates. Through police ride-alongs, street outreach and a specialized night clinic, Boston HEAT has developed a flexible, low-barrier continuum of support that meets exploited women where they are physically and with respect to their own goals, rather than institutional priorities. The Boston Higher Education Resource Center equips first generation youth to obtain higher education, break the cycle of poverty, and become agents of change in their communities. The Bridge Project seeks to eradicate childhood poverty. Coming to Boston in 2025, it is one of the nation’s largest unconditional cash programs for babies, starting during pregnancy through the first 1,000 days of a baby’s life. The model, grounded in three core beliefs: prevention, return on investment, and dignity, provides low-income mothers with cash during pregnancy, birth, and the earliest days of their baby's life to support healthy development, avoid adverse childhood experiences, and break intergenerational cycles of poverty.

Buildher is the first and only technical training facility for construction artisans in Kenya that exclusively trains women and actively promotes gender equality in the industry. It supports low-income women to break cycles of systemic inequity by providing them with the holistic training, tools and employment support they need to establish successful skilled construction trade careers and livelihoods in which they may thrive. Women's Resource Center is locally-led, community-based organization in Siem Reap, Cambodia that aims is to empower women, promote gender equality, and improve the overall well-being and opportunities for women in the region.
