Sheila Leddy
PROGRAM PARTNER

Sheila Leddy joined Imago Dei Fund as a program partner in July 2020. She brings 15 years experience in philanthropy, a strong interest in public health, and a passion for social justice and fairness.

Previously, Sheila was executive director of The Fledgling Fund, a family foundation that supported the use of film and other creative media to educate, engage and mobilize audiences around complex social issues that affect the most vulnerable. At Fledgling she collaborated closely with the founder to develop the organization’s mission and strategy, led programming, and oversaw grantmaking and field building activities. During her tenure, she provided strategic support to a range of documentary film impact campaigns and co-authored white papers to share key lessons around maximizing documentary film’s social impact. Prior to Fledgling, Sheila was senior associate at The Crimson Group, where she led consulting engagements and developed curricula for its customized management education programs for large healthcare organizations.

Sheila has an M.B.A. in healthcare management from Boston University, and a B.A. in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame.
