Beautiful Day seeks to nourish their Rhode Island community by providing first jobs and on-the-job training for resettled refugees. The Providence Granola Project has worked with 50 trainees representing 11 nationalities, 84% of which have entered the job market. Their goal is to make the world’s best all-natural, hand-made granola, but their inspiration is the people with whom they work.
